Ex-parte order set aside

Following the Company's RNS dated 13 October 2021 in respect of an ex-parte order relating to Arc's local subsidiaries Zamsort Limited ("Zamsort") and Handa Resources Limited ("Handa"), purporting to restrict Zamsort or Handa from disposing of, alienating or encumbering the mineral tenements, the Company is pleased to announce a court ruling dated 8 November 2021 setting the ex-parte order aside in favour of Zamsort and Handa.
