Anpario announces that it was notified today by Karen Prior, CFO of the Company that on 8 March 2017 both she and Mr Antony Prior (husband of Karen Prior) sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 301p each. Mr Prior and Karen Prior then both purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares each at a price of 301p within an ISA. Following the disposal and purchase above, there is no change to the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario, being 202,836 Ordinary Shares representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
