Directorate change
Anpario, the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity has been notified by Ian Hamilton of his intention to resign as Non-Executive Director and Chair of Nomination Committee with effect from 17 April 2022.
Ian is due to take the role of Executive Chairman in a dairy robotics business which he has recently funded on its next stage of growth. The company has also gained financial funding from a major private equity fund and this new full-time role means Ian must relinquish other directorships including Anpario.
Kate Allum, Chairman, commented:
"We wish Ian every success with his new venture, which brings together his last 30 years of experience, and thank him for his contribution to the Company. Ian has built long lasting relationships with Anpario's senior management team which I'm confident will endure and mutually benefit both parties in the future."
Ian Hamiton, stated:

The business is well positioned for the current market dynamics and is at the centre of the most important platforms: sustainability, animal welfare and farm profitability. I am very disappointed to have to step away from the role but wish Anpario and its staff the very best of success."
The search for a replacement will commence in due course and Kate Allum will assume the Chair of Nomination Committee in the interim.
