Director/PDMR Shareholding
Anpario announces that it was notified on 30 April 2021 by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that
1. On 27 April 2021 Peter Lawrence sold 1,500 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 620p each.
2. On 29 April 2021 Peter Lawrence sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 600p each.
Following the disposal, Peter Lawrence and his family have an ultimate beneficial interest of 11,450 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
