Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 15 July 2009, 36,364 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company were transferred to James Lambert ('Mr Lambert'), Non-executive Chairman, from the estate of a deceased relative.
As a result of this transfer, Mr Lambert is now interested in 1,166,782 Ordinary Shares representing 5.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
