Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM:AMS), the global medical technology company, announces that on 11 September 2014, the Board, following a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee, granted new share options to the following Directors under the Advanced Medical Solutions Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the '2014 DAB').

This award is in respect of the part of their bonus that the Directors are compulsorily required to defer for the 2013 financial year. The vesting period of these options is at the end of a 3 year period.
