As set out in the announcement, the Placing is subject to shareholder approval and the satisfaction of certain other conditions. Yew Tree intends to syndicate some of the shares for which it has agreed to subscribe under the Placing to other members of the consortium of shareholders in the Company led by Yew Tree.
