Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the 'Company')

The Company announces the grant of awards made under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (Performance Shares and Restricted Shares), Deferred Share Bonus Plan and Share Incentive Plan (all employee free share award) to its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
