"I announced that we organised the Group into two clear business segments inorder to better explore opportunities to improve performance and manage anypotential channel conflict. This new structure is now in place and is helpingmanagement focus clearly on the opportunities in each division that show thegreatest potential. "Your Group has come a long way since floating in November 2005. Whilst wecontinue to tackle the few remaining challenges within the Promotional ProductsDivision, our acquisitions are growing ahead of expectations and similarly weremain confident that our Information & Exhibitions Division will continue toprogress ahead of plan. "In addition, we have a number of acquisition opportunities at different stagesof negotiation and are confident that we can acquire them on terms that will befavourable.
