Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces that it was notified that on 12 December 2023, Peter Hallett, Non-Executive Director, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Philippa Hallett at nil cost.
Following the transfer of Ordinary Shares, Peter Hallett is now directly interested in 1,193,196 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.68% of the Company's issued share capital. His beneficial interest, by virtue of holdings of Ordinary Shares by him and his persons closely associated, remains unchanged at 1,293,196 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
