Board Role Change: Alexander Brennan returns to Non-Executive Chairman

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, announces that Alexander Brennan has concluded his tenure as Executive Chairman and returns to his role as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 17 April 2026.

Alexander was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman in February 2025 and stepped into the Executive Chairman role in July 2025 at a pivotal time for the business.

The Board wishes to place on record its deep appreciation for the commitment Alexander has shown throughout this period. He stepped forward and took on responsibilities that extended well beyond the scope of a non-executive role, devoting time, energy and expertise to the task of strengthening the business and its leadership.

The Board is confident that the Company's executive leadership team is strong, focused and well-positioned to deliver on the Board's strategic ambitions.

With the executive team clearly focused and operating effectively, Alexander and the Board consider this the right moment for him to return to his role as Non-Executive Chairman, with the appointment of Robert Wigley in March 2026 delivering on a key commitment to add a highly experienced Independent Non-Executive Director. The Board looks forward to Alexander's continued involvement and to his ongoing contribution in shaping the direction of the business.
