ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ('AGM') NOTICE
Further to the Company's results announcement, dated 14 March 2014, the directors of the Trust confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been published today on the Company's website.
The Company has also published proxy forms and notice of the AGM to be held at 9 a.m. on 25 April 2014 at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey, GY4 6RT.
In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6R, copies of the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 incorporating the notice of AGM and proxy forms have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and on the Company's website: www.alphapyreneestrust.com.
