Alpha Group International plc (AIM: ALPH), a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions dedicated to corporates and institutions operating internationally, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be posted to shareholders on Monday 8 April, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM will also be available shortly on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (https://www.alphagroup.com/investors/financial-information/).
