Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 21 May 2010 that on that day the spouse of Ian Lang, non executive director of the Company, had transferred 129,375 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Ian Lang. The transfer was carried out for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Ian Lang is deemed to have an unchanged total beneficial interest of 746,437 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.22% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
