Alkane EnergyΒ plc'sΒ issued shareΒ capital consists ofΒ 92,605,346Β ordinary sharesΒ with a nominal valueΒ of 0.5p each in the Company with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares").Β Alkane EnergyΒ plcΒ does not holdΒ OrdinaryΒ Shares inΒ Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights inΒ Alkane EnergyΒ plcΒ isΒ 92,605,346Β (the 'Figure').Β
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theΒ calculations by which they will determine if they are required toΒ notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β Alkane EnergyΒ plc.
