Alkemy Capital Investments Plc ("Alkemy" or the "Company") (LSE: ALK), (JV2:FRA) is pleased to announce that it will host an investor webinar at 12pm (BST) on Monday 12 May 2025 to discuss the recent announcement relating to the Exclusivity Agreement Signed with Ara Partners and current progress of the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study being completed by Alkemy's wholly owned subsidiary, Tees Valley Lithium Limited ("TVL").

The webinar will feature an update from Alkemy Chairman Paul Atherley, and TVL CEO Vikki Jeckell who will provide an update on the Company's progress and future outlook.

The event will also include a live Q&A session, offering shareholders and investors the opportunity to engage directly with the leadership team.
