Directors' shareholding
The Company announces thatΒ it has today granted options overΒ 2,000,000Β ordinary sharesΒ ofΒ 0.5pΒ eachΒ in the CompanyΒ ('Ordinary Shares')Β toΒ Neil O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer,Β under the Company's Post Admission Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a price ofΒ 13.75p per share,Β during the periodΒ 3 November 2011 to 2 November 2018.
As a result of the grant of these options,Β Neil O'BrienΒ hasΒ the following interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
