Directors' shareholding
The Company announces that it has today granted options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Neil O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer, under the Company's Post Admission Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 13.75p per share, during the period 3 November 2011 to 2 November 2018.
As a result of the grant of these options, Neil O'Brien has the following interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
