Publication of Prospectus
Alkemy is pleased to announce that its prospectus (the "Prospectus") in support of its intention to re-list on the London Stock Exchange has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and was published today.
The Prospectus is being issued in connection with the Company's application for admission of its entire issued share capital, being 5,999,999 ordinary shares or £0.02 each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Re-admission").
The Company expects that Re-admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 2 March 2022 at 8.00 a.m. (London time) under the ticker symbol: ALK.
A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection (subject to securities laws) at www.data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
