The Company was notified on 19 January 2015 that on 19 January 2015 Dr Cameron Davies, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 1,064,806 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company to his wife, Linda Davies, for nil consideration.
