Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that on 26 August 2022 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 18 January 2022.

The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations.
