Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that it was notified on 3 June 2019 that Julie Stott, a person closely associated (PCA), with Roger John Stott, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has sold 37,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.065 each. The sale took place on 3 June 2019.
Following the transaction, the number of shares in which Roger John Stott has an interest has reduced to 849,896 (representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's total issued share capital).
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
