The Company announces that Lucy Birch, a person closely associated (PCA) with Pete Birch, the Chief Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 557 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £4.125788 per Ordinary Share on 5 March 2025.
Following the above transaction, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Pete Birch has an interest is 14,647 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.004% of the issued share capital.
