The Company announces that it was notified on 10 June 2019 that Roger John Stott, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has sold 49,918 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £4.05 each. The sale took place on 10 June 2019.
Following the transaction, the number of the Company's Ordinary Shares in which Roger John Stott has an interest has decreased to 849,927 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
