Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification
The Company announces that Karen Goodman, Chief Risk Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 4,726 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £4.16851 per Ordinary Share via their AJ Bell Dealing Account (AJ Bell Dealing Account) and then purchased 4,707 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.16299 per Ordinary Share into their AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (AJ Bell ISA) on 22 April 2025.
Following the transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Karen Goodman has an interest is 6,080 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
