PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that it was notified on 17 January 2022 that Helena Morrisey, a non-executive director and person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, had acquired via a personal pension which was under discretionary management:
a) 1,693 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company at a price of £4.29757 per Ordinary Share on 27 August 2021; and
b) 797 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.78643 per Ordinary Share on 6 October 2021
Following the transactions, Helena Morrisey had an interest in shares which represented 0.0006 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
