Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it has been notified of the below transactions on 14 August 2020 (Transactions).
(1) Those persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company who are named in column (1) of the below table sold the number of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) set alongside their respective names in column (2) of the below table on 14 August 2020 at a price of 437.766 pence per share.
