The Board of Directors of AEW UK Long Lease REIT plc (LSE: AEWL) announces that Mr George Henshilwood has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. 

The Board would like to thank Mr Henshilwood for his contribution to the development of the Company since his appointment at IPO in June 2017.
