Air Partner PLC03 August 2005 Air Partner PLC ("Air Partner" or "the Group") Pre-Close Trading Update for the 12 months ended 31 July 2005 Air Partner is the world's leading air charter broker, providing aircraft charter to industry, commerce and Governments worldwide. Prior to entering a close period before its preliminary results, Air Partner ispleased to announce a successful year, with trading for the 12 months to 31 July2005 in line with expectations. As stated at the time of the interim results, the first six months of the yearunder review were characterised by one-off, non-repeatable projects. The secondhalf of the year saw a normalisation of business levels without any significantone-off projects, but the Group's core business continued to perform well andthe company's performance is in line with expectations. In the 12 month period, the Group has continued its global expansion, openingnew offices in Japan, Italy and Spain. Today Air Partner operates in 13countries, with 21 offices contributing to a local, but global service. The Group's interim results will be announced on Tuesday 11th October 2005.
