Air Partner, a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide, will enter a close period on 1 August 2009. Prior to this, Air Partner confirms that since its Interim Management Statement (IMS) announced on 5 June 2009, tradingΒ hasΒ stabilisedΒ in line with the Board'sΒ guidance outlined in the IMS.

Air Partner will announce full year results for the 12 months ended 31 July 2009 on 14thΒ October 2009.
