Appointment of Chuck Pollard as Non-Executive Director

Air Partner is a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide.

Air Partner is today pleased to announce that Charles 'Chuck' Pollard will join the board as a non-executive director with effect from 6th July 2009.

Mr Pollard, a US citizen, is currently non-executive Vice Chairman of Omni Air international Inc ("Omni"), a US charter airline operating DC10 and Boeing 757 aircraft on behalf of the US Government and other clients. Mr Pollard joined Omni as Managing Director in 1997; he became President and CEO in 2007, and served during 12 years of consistent growth and profitability at the company, all with a debt free balance sheet. Last year Chuck became non-executive Vice Chairman of Omni.

Mr Pollard graduated from George Washington University as a lawyer and spent four years with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the M&A, corporate finance and project finance divisions. In 1987 he joined NYSE listed World Airways as company secretary and general counsel, where he worked for ten years, rising to President and CEO.

Chuck, who is based on the east coast of the USA, will provide his services to the Air Partner PLC board, as well as giving direct input to Air Partner's North American operations.  He is already well-known and highly respected within the Group, having been a significant Air Partner supplier over the last three years.

There are no further disclosures required under 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in connection with his appointment as a Non-Executive Director.
