Director Declaration

Air Partner plc (the "Company") announces that Mr Ed Warner OBE, non-executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as non-executive director of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE"), with effect from 1 August 2019. Following a period of handover, HVPE anticipates that Mr Warner will be appointed as the chair of HVPE's board in July 2020.

This disclosure is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R
