Resignation of Gregory Barton as director of the Issuer with effect from 15 March 2019
ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") wishes to announce that by way of a letter dated 15 March 2019 to the Board of Directors of the Issuer Gregory Barton resigned from his office as a director of the Issuer with immediate effect.
