Grant of Options
Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY) announces that, pursuant to the Allergy Therapeutics plc Long Term Share Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), on 19 December 2012 provisional shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company were awarded to the following Board Directors, Mr Manuel Llobet (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr Ian Postlethwaite (Finance Director) at nil cost, as follows:
