Allergy Therapeutics announces that on 8 October 2009 the Company received notification that on 30 September 2009 Mr Keith Carter, a director of the Company, exercised share options over 175,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') awarded pursuant to the Allergy Therapeutics 2001 Share Option Plan as follows:

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at nominal value with Admission expected to take place on 20 October 2009.
