Posting of Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed company focussed on the agricultural sector in central and southern Africa, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 May 2010 has been posted to shareholders.
The Company would also like to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 9.00 a.m. on 14 December 2010 at Richmond House, St. Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GZ.
A notice convening the AGM has been sent to shareholders ('the Notice') and the Annual Report and the Notice are also available to download from the Company's website at www.agriterra-ltd.com.
