The Company announces that at the General Meeting ("GM") of the Company held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Following the GM, the expected timetable in respect of the Company's delisting from AIM is as follows:
Last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on AIM | 23 February 2016 |
Delisting takes effect | 7:00am on 24 February 2016 |
