Aminex PLC08 June 2005 Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") Placing and Open Offer to raise up to Stg£6.6m (€9.7m) (£6.0m net of expenses(€8.8m)) On 3 June 2005 Aminex announced it had conditionally raised approximately £4.4m(€6.5m), (£3.9m net of expenses (€5.8m)) by way of a Placing and in addition wasgiving qualifying shareholders the opportunity to subscribe through an OpenOffer for a further £2.2m (€3.2m) worth of ordinary shares.
