Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC01 February 2006 ADMISSION OF SECURITIES TO LISTING ANGLO-EASTERN PLANTATIONS PLC ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS On 27 January 2006 7,500 ordinary shares of 25p each were allotted with effectfrom 3 February 2006 fully paid to employees who exercised share options grantedto them in accordance with the terms of the Schemes. Application has been made for the 7,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission of thesecurities to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new shares which will rank pari passu withthe existing issued ordinary will commence on 6 February 2006.
