Appointment of Executive Director
The Board of AEP is pleased to announce the appointment of Dato' John Lim Ewe Chuan as Executive Director of the Company. Dato John Lim will be responsible for the Company's Corporate Finance and Corporate Affairs functions. His appointment will be with effect from 1 September 2010.
Dato John Lim has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2008. Dato John Lim, being a partner at UHY Hacker Young LLP in London, brings to the board his extensive professional accounting and corporate experience from a career spent both in Malaysia and UK.
