Directorship Change and Trading Update

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that Steve Garvey has resigned from his position of CEO of Aeorema Limited with immediate effect. The board thanks Steve for the work he has done over the past six months.

The Directors and the executive team continue to look to strengthen its sales pipeline. Based on current trading, and having reviewed its financial position, the Company anticipates revenue for the financial year to 30 June 2015 to be circa £4.2 million and pre-tax profits of circa £250,000.
