Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-quoted international supplier of timberland management and development services, industrial wood fibre, and Biomass coal replacement fuels, deeply regrets to announce that Chas Fritz, CEO of its AEG CoalSwitch joint venture, passed away on Thursday 7th January 2016.
Richard Spinks, CEO of Active Energy Group, commented: "Everyone at AEG is truly saddened by the news of Chas' passing, and they all join me in conveying our sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
