Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy company focused on the production and development of next generation biomass products, was notified on 5 July 2021 that Gravendonck Private Foundation ("Gravendonck") has disposed of a total of 121,625,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The disposals took place over various dates as summarised in the table below (the "Disposals"):
