Result of Annual General Meeting
Clean Energy Brazil plc is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Accordingly, each of the proposals as outlined in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 October 2013 (the "Circular") are expected to come into effect on 9 December 2013, being the first business day after the Record Date.
Assuming that there are no delays in the re-registration of the Company under the 2006 Isle of Man Companies Act, a Final Dividend of 1.403 pence is expected to be paid on 20 December 2013 to shareholders recorded on the register on 6 December 2013. The ordinary shares will be marked ex dividend on 4 December 2013.
The appointment of Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited as Joint Broker to the Company alongside N+1 Singer, will also take effect from 9th December 2013.
