Clean Energy Brazil announces that John Koutras, CFO and acting CEO of the Company, has indicated his desire to leave his role as an officer of the Company. The Company is in discussions with Mr Koutras over his departure date. Clean Energy Brazil would like to thank Mr Koutras for his contribution to the Company.
