ADM Energy PLC (AIM:ADME), an oil and gas investing company quoted on AIM, announces the following additional disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
Richard Carter, a director of the Company, has been informed that Gate Ventures plc ("Gate"), a company where he was previously a director, has been in placed in administration. Mr Carter resigned as a director of Gate on 13 January 2020.
