("ADM" or the "Company") 

Result of Placing and PrimaryBid Offer

ADM Energy PLC (AIM:ADME), an oil and gas investing company quoted on AIM, announced on 09 August 2019 the launch of a fundraising comprising a placing by Pello Capital Limited (the "Placing") in conjunction with an offer via PrimaryBid (the "Offer") (together the "Fundraising").

The Company is pleased to announce that the PrimaryBid Offer successfully completed and closed at 5 p.m. on 11 August 2019.

Following the successful closing of the Offer, the Company has raised gross proceeds of approximately £500,000 at 16 pence per ordinary share ("Placing Price") via the Fundraising. As a result of the Fundraise, the Company will issue 3,125,000 new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares"). The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes, to allow the Company to appraise further investment opportunities and to provide funds for investment.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 16 August 2019.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 49,638,497 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue. There are no ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 49,638,497 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
