ADM Energy plc (AIM: ADME) announces that it was yesterday informed of the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.
On 1 July 2019, Stefan Olivier, a Director of the Company, disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 17.20 pence per share, representing approximately 0.11% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the disposal, Mr Olivier now holds an interest in 580,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.25% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
