China Private Equity Investment Holdings Limited (AIM: CPEH) announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Friday, 15 July 2011 at Unit 1903, 19/F, Bank of East Asia Harbour View Centre, 56 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
The Notice of Meeting and proxy form were posted to shareholders today, together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year to 31 December 2010. All documents are available on the Company's website at www.cpe-invest.com.
