Dawnay, Day Carpathian PLC27 July 2007 Dawnay, Day Carpathian PLC 27 July 2007 Dawnay, Day Carpathian PLC ("DDC" or the "Company") Correction Director's Dealings In the Director's Dealings announcement released on 25 th July 2007, it waserroneously stated that Mr Klimt's total holding in DDC remains unchanged at6,366,862 ordinary shares and 7,658,119 CFDs representing 6.13% of the issuedshare capital of the Company. However, as at 25 July 2007, Munxay Limited("Munxay") actually held 4,415,986 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.Therefore, Mr Klimt's total holding in DDC as at 25 July 2007 was actually7,930,015 ordinary shares and 7,658,119 CFDs representing 6.80% of the issuedshare capital of the Company. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below: The board of DDC announces that on 25th July 2007, Munxay Limited ("Munxay"),disposed of 4,415,986 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of113 pence per share. The shares were sold to Munxay's parent undertaking, MarbaInvestments Sarl ("Marba"). Munxay and Marba are companies in which Peter Klimt,a non-executive director of the Company, and persons connected with him, areindirectly interested in as shareholders. Following this transaction Mr Klimt's total holding in DDC remains unchanged at7,930,015 ordinary shares and 7,658,119 CFDs representing 6.80% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
